I’m getting ready to start a new round of classes at the Spiritual Awareness Center. My first series of classes there, “Seven Steps for Elevating Your Life,” is winding down. We have one more class (and party) tomorrow night. After that, I’m offering the students a free webinar to learn how to use Focus Wheels.
My new classes include a prosperity support group and a class called “Focus the Power of Your Emotions.” I’ve really had a good time with these classes, and I’m having an even greater time being forced to follow my own advice and stay positive when I’d like to pull my hair out. 🙂
The Reverend at that church has a TV show every week and spontaneously invited me to appear. It was awesome. I am so proud of myself for not waffling between emotional extremes. I could tell that I was tending towards too nervous or too excited, so I decided to shoot for the sensation of calm. I found that sensation, and that allowed me to be fully present during the interview and give it my best. I learned a lot, too.
After the interview, I tried to feed the huge tortoise that lives out in the back. Apparently he was too tired to deal with me and retreated into his Dogloo. It was fun, though.
My friend Susan took me out to lunch and we celebrated!
Now it’s back to the details of scheduling and planning the next round. Not too exciting, but it does help me to focus.
